Tommy G’s Catering has been feeding the fine folks of North Texas for over 30 years. Tom Grace began his culinary career working at a local pizza shop in his early twenties. He then became a manager and later co-owner of a Cici’s Pizza in Mesquite, TX. Under his management that Cici’s location became the highest grossing store in the chain. 

To the State Fair of Texas and Other Big Events

Tom has also operated and grown a concessions business for over 30 years. He operates multiple locations at huge festivals like The State Fair of Texas, The State Fair of Colorado, The Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, and the Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo.

He has competed in the Big Tex Choice Awards at The State Fair of Texas for many years. His unique creations that made their debut at the fair include the Funnel Cake Bacon Queso Burger, the Deep Fried BLT and the Loaded Fries Pizza. His pickle pizza has also been a hit at the fair in recent years.
